If available, include a parameter sheet and product photos. For door-to-door delivery, provide the delivery address. Q2:What are the trade terms?
A2:Ex-works, FOB (Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Yiwu), or CIF.
Q3:What is the warranty period?
A3:Fire blankets, welding blankets, fire pit mats, and welding panels have a 5-year warranty. Rolled fabrics have a 10-year warranty.
Q4:How many colors are available?
A4:Standard colors for silicone-coated fiberglass fabrics are white, silver-gray, and black, but other colors can be customized. Uncoated fiberglass fabrics are white, heat-treated fabrics are gold, and high-silica fabrics are white or gold. Sewing products can be customized in various colors.
Q5:What is the production lead time?
A5:Standard fiberglass fabrics can be shipped within 7 days. Non-standard woven fabrics take about 20 days, and non-standard coated fabrics take 3-7 days after receiving the deposit.
Fire blankets, welding blankets, fire mats, welding screens, and fiberglass tapes can be shipped in 1-3 days if in stock. Custom orders take 15-20 days, and large quantities may require over 35 days. Insulation covers usually require customization and take 25-30 days.
Q6:What are the payment terms?
A6:T/T or L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance paid before shipment.
Q7:What are the packaging details?
A7:packaging includes inner film bags + PVC bags (or boxes) + retail boxes + display boxes + cartons + pallets. Some customers request additional PE bags.
Q8:What documents will be provided?
A8:Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (if required). These documents will help you or your broker with customs clearance.
Q9:What happens if products are damaged during shipping?
A9:Our shipping agents ensure the safety of goods during transit. If products are damaged, they are responsible for compensation. For minor issues, we will assist by replacing damaged parts or offering a discount.
